More than 30 days prior to the event
50% of the original ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket service fee and payment transaction fees.

Between 7 - 30 days prior to the event
25% of the original ticket purchase price refunded, less the ticket service fee and payment transaction fees.

Less than 7 days prior to the event
0% of the original ticket purchase price refunded.

During or after the event
Strictly no refunds.

 

Should the organisers be forced to cancel the experience due to weather, force majeure, riots, act of terrorism, any other act of God or unforeseen disaster, 0% of original ticket purchase price refunded.
