Are you Halal?

Not all culinary experiences are Halal. Select experiences are offered as strictly Halal and will be clearly labelled as such. If you prefer a Halal experience, we encourage you to purchase tickets for those events or join our waitlist to be notified of upcoming Halal experiences.

Does the menu contain pork, beef, egg, gelatin or alcohol?

No, our food menus do not contain these ingredients.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

We do our best to accommodate common dietary restrictions while preserving the integrity of the menu as it was originally designed.
If you have specific requirements, please contact us at bookings@naansense.co.za so we can advise you on what is possible for your specific experience.

Question 4

Do I need to pre-order drinks, or can I order drinks on the day?

Drinks are available as an optional add-on at checkout or may be purchased à la carte on the day.
A water menu and soft drinks are available at the venue throughout the experience.

Question 5

Is there an age restriction for the dining experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our culinary experiences are currently restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
This policy may be reviewed in the future as we develop new formats and editions.
We reserve the right to request valid identification at entry and to deny admission if age requirements are not met.

What happens if I am running late?

If you’re running late, please contact our host on WhatsApp at 065 671 7036.

Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late may miss part of their experience.
