

For Edible Emotions 2026, NaanSense presents an immersive culinary experience hosted on 14 February 2026.
8 South Indian classic dishes have been reimagined through Naan Sense’s artistic lens.
Rather than following strict tradition, each course focuses on reference points rather than rules, honouring the classics while allowing space for creative interpretation.
This is a multisensory experience, centred on flavour, texture, and the art of plating.
The bar programme, developed by Julian Pillay, focuses on flavour pairing, balance, and consistency, designed to complement the food without distraction.
Drinks are available as an optional add-on at checkout or may be purchased à la carte on the day.
Spatial and sensory design is led by Amara Botha, shaping the environment as an extension of the culinary narrative.
The culinary experience itself is designed by Ivana Pillay.
The cohesive setting embraces the art of dining within a gallery, reflecting artistic expression through both the food and the surrounding design.
By the end, Naan Sense hopes to leave guests mesmerised.
